Please read the whole document before ordering.
Questions regarding any of my terms should be presented directly to me and prior to engaging on an order.

Payment

Clients are expected to pay a 5% waitlist fee within 48 hours of confirming their slots. This fee is non-refundable.Payment will be equally split in two, whereas the first billing will occur near pickup of the order and the second, near completion. The waitlist fee will be deduced from the first invoice.For international clients:
payment will be made exclusively through PayPal.
the billing will be charged in USD.For clients residing in Brazil:
payment can be made through the following options: PayPal, Boleto, PIX, and Transferência Bancária (BB or Nubank).
the billing will be charged in BRL.Additional costs derived from eventual production changes such as– but not exclusively: extended work, higher complexity of work, and delays stemming from the client’s idleness will be charged accordingly at the final billing with further notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be given when:
a. the work has already been delivered;
b. the client has violated any of my terms;
c. the client no longer wishes to work with me throughout the process of working on the order;
d. the client needs the money back for other expenses;
e. the client has been sent updates and access to the work’s progress but did not comment or when they claim to not have seen said progress;
f. the client has untruthfully expressed satisfaction;
g. the client has intentionally upheld negative feedback and suggestions regarding corrections throughout the commission process.Refunds WILL BE given when:
a. the client has paid more than a week in advance and I have not started working on the commission;
b. i cannot fulfill the commission by the given deadline;

Orders and Reservations

Orders and reservations can be done by contacting me directly on Discord (Bila#5850) or Twitter (@bila_rbs),When contacting me, it is expected that you explain the details of your order and, if possible, provide the completed model art or work in progress of such art as well as the social handles of all involved artists.Reservations are made after the client has paid for the non-refundable waitlist fee (as stated in the Payment section).By working with one of my referred artists you’re granted a 10% discount on your order through my Partnership Program. Artists that fill this criteria are highly trustworthy and match my workflow by providing extended support. However, I shall not be held responsible for any miscommunication and/or error caused by either of the parties involved.I have the unrestrained right to deny orders that make me uncomfortable or that I am not confident to work with. Understand that by contacting me I cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted.

Workflow

While working on the order, the client will be updated on the progress through videos sent via email or DM’s.The client can request changes based on the work shown in the video up to the 3 days after the video is sent, revisions past the stipulated date will be charged.If the client dont reply to any of my messages while the order is active for 2 months, the order will be canceled and the initial payment won't be refunded.An order can take up to 5 months to be delivered. The deadline can be extended further if:
a. client has upheld feedback and/or not responded, thus delaying the work;
b. payment has been delayed;
c. necessary resources for the progress of the model have not been delivered by the artist when requested.Upon delivery, the client is granted support for two weeks and is able to ask for up to two minor revisions if needed. Further revisions are charged 30 USD per revision and complex revisions may be charged more accordingly.As a disclaimer I tend to ask for some creative freedom in portraying the character.
In an attempt of good faith I will always try to implement ideas and suggestions given by the client. However, there might be cases in which I will refuse to do so in order to maintain the integrity of my work.
An example of this would be asking for me to add physics to breasts that should not move nearly as much due to constraints of an armor or a tight fabric.
By commissioning me you entrust me to carry on with such a task and fully acknowledge that my aesthetic choices will work best for the character.Additional expressions, animations, outfits, etc. after the model has been delivered will be treated as a separate order. As such, the client is expected to go through a similar process for their commission.

Delivery

A ZIP file containing the model files will be provided to the client after the work is done and after the client has paid the last invoice.Files will be sent via email, a copy of that file can also be sent via Google Drive link, and/or Discord.I only distribute the moc3 file and other necessary files in order for the model to run in VTube Studio and other tracking applications. I do not provide the client the cmo3 source file.

Commercial Usage

All my commissions can be used commercially, meaning the client can use the product for monetization and streaming. The client, however, is expected to comply with their artist’s Usage License and Terms of Service when using their models commercially.Repurposing, redistributing, and or reselling the model is completely forbidden. If you wish to resell your model you are required to contact both me and the artist for permission.

Credit

By accepting this term you will accept crediting me when my product is used. The client can use my social media tags for crediting purposes, with the titles of Rigger, Animation, Papa, Rig Mama etc. (Twitter: @bila_rbs).The final result of the service requested by the client can be used by myself in portfolios for advertising and promotions of my work.If the client wishes I can hold off releasing the model showcase till a stipulated date, at max 3 months after the final delivery, past that I’m free to use the model as a portfolio piece.A fee will be charged if the client wishes that their model progress to not be disclosed, meaning that I cannot post or release WIP videos of the model to the public. The fee is 20% of the project total queue.
